CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of eight development projects worth Rs 79.60 crore at Pragpur in Jaswan Pragpur Assembly constituency of Kangra district.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Model Career Centre at Kasba Kotla, constructed at a cost of Rs 6.14 crore, a Treasury Office Building at Rakkad worth Rs 78 lakh, additional accommodation at Government Senior Secondary School Saleti worth Rs 1.04 crore, and the newly formed Jal Shakti Vibhag Mandal office building at Jaswan Pragpur worth Rs 1.74 crore. On the occasion, he also inaugurated the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Dadasiba and police stations at Dadasiba, Sansarpur Main and Sansarpur Terrace.
He also laid the foundation stone of Link Road Peersluhi (Kangra) to Kitpal (Hamirpur) to be constructed at a cost of Rs 9.60 crore, Sewerage Scheme for Heritage Village Garli and Pragpur in Tehsil Pragpur worth Rs 25.16 crore, Check Dams and Embankments on various drains and ravines in Rakkad Jal Shakti Vibhag Sub Division of Jaswan Pragpur Constituency worth Rs 16.12 crore and System Improvement Scheme for construction of 33/11 KV GIS Sub-Station Kasba Kota under Electric Sub Division of Sansarpur Terrace in Kangra District worth Rs 18.96 crore.
